I am grateful that Rashay, R.N. was my caregiver while I was hospitalized. His professionalism, compassion, and prompt responses to my call bell requests exceeded my expectations. By way of example, nurse Crosswhite expeditiously rotated my positions while I was laying in bed to ensure I would not develop any bedsores. Nurse Crosswhite was cognizant enough to inquire if the room temperature and television volume was to my satisfaction. Those minor details means everything when a patient is incapacitated! Nurse Rashay should be promoted to charge nurse and teach training classes for incoming nursing students!
